The Ministry of Interior reported issuing 1,638 traffic violations during a major security campaign in Jaber Al-Ahmad City. The operation, conducted under the directives of First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense and Interior Sheikh Fahad Al-Yousef, involved multiple departments, including the Public Security Sector, Traffic and Operations Sector, Private Security Sector, and Women’s Police.
The campaign, held on Friday, resulted in the arrest of 3 individuals violating residency and work laws, 7 wanted persons, 2 individuals charged with absence, and 3 individuals without identification. Additionally, 3 individuals were referred to traffic police, 4 to juvenile investigations, and 3 wanted vehicles along with 8 violating vehicles were seized.
The Ministry emphasized that such initiatives are part of a comprehensive strategy to reinforce security and public order across the nation. By targeting violators and apprehending wanted individuals, these operations aim to ensure a safer and more stable environment in all regions of Kuwait. The Ministry reaffirmed its commitment to maintaining ongoing efforts to uphold law and order.
