Coffee enthusiasts are eagerly anticipating the ‘World of Coffee 2025’ (WOC) event, which will be held in Dubai. Organized by WOC Dubai in collaboration with the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC), the event will showcase top global coffee producers. A highlight of the event will be an auction offering exceptional and rare coffees and coffee beans, accessible through a cutting-edge online platform.
Among the rarest coffees up for bidding are Black Ivory from Thailand, valued at around $1,500 per kilogram, and Kopi Luwak from Indonesia, which can reach prices as high as $1,200 per kilogram.
Ahmed bin Sulayem, Executive Chairman and CEO of DMCC, emphasized the significance of this event in reinforcing Dubai’s role as a key hub in the global coffee trade. He stated that the event would foster growth, sustainability, and excellence in the coffee industry, bringing together producers, traders, and enthusiasts from around the world.
The World of Coffee 2025 will take place from February 10 to 12, 2025, at the Dubai World Trade Centre. The event is expected to attract over 13,500 visitors and more than 400 international exhibitors.
