The International Cricket Council (ICC) has confirmed that India will play all their Champions Trophy 2025 league matches, including the high-stakes clash against Pakistan, in Dubai. The marquee India-Pakistan game is scheduled for February 23. As per arrangements, India’s semifinal and final matches will also take place in Dubai if they advance.
India and Pakistan have been placed in the same group, continuing the tradition of ICC tournaments. Group A also includes New Zealand and Bangladesh, while Group B comprises South Africa, Australia, Afghanistan, and England. The tournament will kick off in Karachi on February 19, with hosts Pakistan facing New Zealand, and the final is set for March 9.
The schedule announcement came after resolving a hosting impasse, ensuring neutral venues for India’s games in Pakistan. A similar arrangement will apply to Pakistan’s matches during ICC events held in India through 2027.
