The Public Authority for Manpower in Kuwait has shared its latest updates regarding domestic labor office licenses and services for graduates, as reported by Al-Seyassah daily. By November, 15 licenses for domestic labor offices had been suspended, leaving 468 offices actively registered. During the same period, 409 complaints were filed against these offices. The report also highlighted licensing activities, with 19 licenses renewed, 13 suspended, and 6 new licenses issued. Additionally, the Authority introduced a new feature in the “Sahel” application called the “Graduates’ Reward Transaction” service, accessible through the “Fakhrna Platform.” This feature enables recent graduates to apply for rewards and submit grievances, underscoring the Authority’s commitment to improving services for both the domestic labor sector and new graduates in Kuwait.
