Thailand e-Visa Mandatory for UAE Residents Starting January 1, 2025

UAE residents traveling to Thailand will need to apply for a visa through a new e-Visa platform effective January 1, 2025, at 7 AM. The Royal Thai Embassy in Abu Dhabi and the Royal Thai Consulate-General in Dubai will no longer accept in-person visa submissions after December 24, 2024.

How to Apply for the Thailand e-Visa

  5. Approval and Confirmation:
    • Once approved, a confirmation email will be sent.
    • Print this email to present to airline and immigration officials upon departure and arrival in Thailand.
