   • Fines similar to newborn registration penalties.
   • Maximum Fine: 1,200 dinars.
3. Visit Visa Overstays
   • 10 dinars per day.
   • Maximum Fine: 2,000 dinars.
4. Domestic Worker Violations
   • For temporary residency or departure notice breaches:
     • 2 dinars per day.
     • Maximum Fine: 600 dinars.
5. Residency Cancellations (Articles 17, 18, 20)
   • First Month: 2 dinars per day.
   • Subsequent Months: 4 dinars per day.
   • Maximum Fine: 1,200 dinars.

Who is Affected?

The revised system applies to:

• Expatriates overstaying their temporary residency.
• Those with expired residencies who have not renewed or left the country.
