Kuwait Introduces Online Exit Certificates for Non-Kuwaiti Employees via Sahl App

The Civil Service Bureau, in collaboration with the Ministry of Interior, has unveiled a new digital service through the Sahl application. Non-Kuwaiti employees holding Article 17 residency can now request and receive an “Exit Permit Certificate” electronically. This process requires employer approval and offers a streamlined, convenient way to obtain the necessary documentation.
