The Ministry of Electricity, Water, and Renewable Energy has announced planned maintenance work on secondary transformer stations across six governorates. As a result, power supply will be temporarily interrupted in 15 areas starting tomorrow, Saturday, and continuing until Monday. The outages will occur from 8 AM for approximately four hours, based on the scheduled maintenance plan for each location.
According to the ministry’s statement, the duration of the power cut may vary depending on the complexity of the maintenance work required at each station. Some areas may experience shorter or longer outages than initially planned. The ministry assured residents that all necessary measures are in place to complete the work efficiently and restore power as soon as possible.
Authorities have urged residents in affected areas to make the necessary preparations for the temporary power cuts. The ministry also emphasized its commitment to enhancing the electricity infrastructure and ensuring a more reliable power supply through these maintenance efforts.
