Ramadan 2025: Full Taraweeh and Tahajjud Schedule for Masjid al-Haram and Masjid an-Nabawi

The Saudi Ministry of Religious Affairs has released the official schedule for Taraweeh and Tahajjud prayers at the Grand Mosque in Mecca and the Prophet’s Mosque in Medina for Ramadan 2025. This highly anticipated announcement includes the names of the imams who will lead these special night prayers throughout the holy month. The final ten days of Ramadan will feature extended Tahajjud prayers, offering worshippers additional opportunities for spiritual reflection and devotion.

Renowned imams such as Sheikh Dr. Abdurrahman Al-Sudais, Sheikh Maher Al-Muaiqly, Sheikh Abdullah Juhani, and Sheikh Bandar Balila will lead Taraweeh and Tahajjud prayers at Masjid al-Haram in Mecca. Meanwhile, in Masjid an-Nabawi, prominent scholars like Sheikh Ahmed Talib, Sheikh Abdullah Buayjan, and Sheikh Salih Budair will take turns leading the congregation. The mosques are expected to welcome an influx of worshippers, with facilities prepared to accommodate large crowds attending prayers and breaking their fast.

With thousands of believers visiting Mecca and Medina during Ramadan, arrangements have been made to ensure a smooth and spiritually enriching experience. The prayer schedule outlines which imams will lead different segments of the nightly prayers, allowing worshippers to plan their visits accordingly. As these two sacred sites continue to host millions of pilgrims, the structured schedule ensures an organized and peaceful environment for all attending the blessed nights of Ramadan.
