The Kuwaiti Ministry of Interior confirmed the death of a wanted individual during an arrest operation after an exchange of gunfire with security forces.
According to the Ministry’s statement, the General Department of Criminal Investigations successfully located the suspect after intensive efforts and close monitoring. During the operation, the wanted man opened fire on security personnel, prompting them to respond following established legal procedures.
The individual sustained injuries during the exchange and was transported to a hospital for treatment, where he later succumbed to his wounds. Authorities seized the firearm used in the confrontation.
