Dubai has released its list of the best government institutions for 2024, as selected by Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Crown Prince of Dubai and UAE Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense. The selection was based on customer and employee satisfaction surveys and the Mystery Shopper Happiness Study.
Leading the list is the Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment (MBRHE), responsible for housing Emiratis in Dubai, with a remarkable customer and employee happiness score of 96.7%. Following MBRHE, the Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) ranked second with a score of 97.01%. The Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities Department (IACAD) secured third place with a 96.99% rating.
On the employee happiness front, Awqaf Dubai takes second place with a score of 96.2%, while the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) follows closely in third with 95.3%. All of the top-rated government institutions in Dubai have a customer satisfaction rating of 90% or higher.
Sheikh Hamdan extended his congratulations to MBRHE for its outstanding achievement, highlighting the significance of consistent performance and the creation of a positive working environment.
