Riyadh: Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Education is now accepting applications from teachers in 13 countries to fill positions in the country’s public schools. This offers an excellent opportunity for educators, particularly from India, who have been seeking teaching roles in the Gulf region. While the exact salaries have not been disclosed, industry experts suggest that they will be substantial.
Subjects in demand include Islamic education, Chemistry, Mathematics, English, Computer Science, Biology, Physics, Social Studies, and Arabic.
Eligible countries include India, Pakistan, Algeria, China, Taiwan, Djibouti, Morocco, Maldives, Australia, Malaysia, Bahrain, Indonesia, and Ghana.
Eligibility criteria for applicants:
- Must be currently employed in the teaching profession.
- Must be physically fit.
- Must hold a valid professional license or certificate for expert teachers.
- Must have a job performance rating of at least 96% over the past three years.
- Must have a minimum of six years of teaching experience.
- Must hold at least a bachelor’s degree in the relevant subject.
- Age should be between 30 and 55 years.
