The Dubai Health Authority (DHA) has introduced a new platform aimed at connecting healthcare professionals with job opportunities in Dubai. The “Opportunities Platform” was unveiled during an event at Arab Health on Monday and is accessible via this link: https://services.dha.gov.ae/sheryan/wps/portal/home/opportunities.
According to officials, the platform aims to streamline the job search process within the healthcare sector, making it more efficient for both employers and job seekers.
The Opportunities Platform is integrated with the DHA’s Sherian Online Licensing System, allowing job advertisements and applications to be managed in one place. Hisham Al Hammadi, Director of Health Licensing, emphasized that the platform is a government-driven initiative designed to showcase all available positions within the healthcare sector.
Both government and private healthcare facilities will post job openings on the platform, which is designed to facilitate the recruitment of doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and health technicians.
The system simplifies the job search by offering customizable search filters based on experience and qualifications, allowing for quick and easy applications.
A key objective of the platform is to support Emiratization policies by guiding healthcare institutions towards recruiting Emirati talent while also attracting skilled professionals from around the world. This initiative aims to position Dubai as a global hub for world-class medical services.
