Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has announced free public parking across all areas on Wednesday, January 1, 2025<\/strong>, to mark the New Year holiday. However, multi-storey parking facilities will remain paid. Paid parking will resume on Thursday, January 2, 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>

This update aligns with RTA’s operating hours for services during the New Year holidays, covering metro, tram, buses, and marine transport services.<\/p>

Key Updates for New Year\u2019s Holiday 2025<\/strong><\/h4>

1. Dubai Metro and Tram:<\/strong><\/p>

  • Dubai Metro<\/strong>: Nonstop service from 5 AM, December 31, 2024<\/strong>, until the end of January 1, 2025.<\/li>\n\n
  • Dubai Tram<\/strong>: Operating from 6 AM, December 31, 2024<\/strong>, until 1 AM, January 2, 2025<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul>

    2. Public Buses:<\/strong><\/p>

    • Suspended Routes<\/strong>:
      • Route E100<\/strong> from Al Ghubaiba Bus Station to Abu Dhabi.<\/li>\n\n
      • Route E102<\/strong> from Al Jafiliya Bus Station to Shabiya Musaffah.<\/li><\/ul><\/li>\n\n
      • Alternative Routes<\/strong>:
        • Use Route E101<\/strong> from Ibn Battuta Bus Station for both destinations.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>

          3. Marine Transport:<\/strong><\/p>

          • Water Taxi and Dubai Ferry Services<\/strong>: Operating at adjusted timings, offering tourist trips and inter-emirate routes.<\/li>\n\n
          • Abras and Tourist Services<\/strong>: Scheduled trips along Dubai Creek, Marina, and the Water Canal.<\/li><\/ul>

            4. Customer Service Centres:<\/strong><\/p>
