Spearheaded by the Amiri Diwan, the initiative aligns with Kuwait Vision 2035 \u2013 “New Kuwait”, reflecting the nation’s commitment to progress and innovation. The Arab Engineering Consulting Office, a Kuwaiti design firm, led the project\u2019s architectural design, ensuring a balance between national identity and global standards.<\/p>
Construction commenced in early 2019, with record-breaking completion rates achieved through advanced Fast Track methodologies. The first phase of the 210,000-square-meter complex includes 68 courtrooms, six of which are state-of-the-art media halls. It also features 184,000 square meters of office and support spaces, designed to meet the highest security and safety standards while optimizing movement within the facility.<\/p>
